Our office is located in Dalamal Tower, right over on Free Press Journal Marg in Nariman Point. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. We operate as Maharashtra Medical Tourism Services Limited. Basically, what we do is help people who are coming from other places to get medical care here. It involves a lot of coordinating and making sure folks know where they need to go. This part of town is always crowded with people in suits, but our room 301 is a bit more relaxed than the big banks downstairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails from people who aren't even in the country yet. It’s a lot of logistics to handle every day. The building has been here for years, and we've been in this suite for a good stretch of time too. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office is a nightmare, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai City. We don't have a big waiting room because most of our work happens behind a computer screen or over a call. It’s a practical setup for us. We have a few desks and a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We just keep track of doctors and hospital dates for the people who reach out to us. There is always plenty of coffee in the pot to keep us going through the busy afternoons.
