Jayant Agro Organics Ltd.

Our office is in Tower A of the Peninsula Business Park in Lower Parel. The address is 701, on Senapati Bapat Marg. It’s a tall building, and there are a lot of other companies here, but Jayant Agro Organics Ltd. is just one of the offices on the seventh floor. Lower Parel is always rushing. You can see the trains and the traffic from the windows. We work on agro-organic stuff. It’s mostly office work—lots of spreadsheets and calls to our plants or suppliers. We don't have a farm here, obviously. It’s just the administrative side of things. The elevators can take forever during lunch time, so we usually just bring our own food or order in. It’s a modern building, but inside our office, it’s just people working at their desks. We don't really go for the high-pressure corporate vibe. We’re just a group of people trying to keep the business running smoothly. Being on Senapati Bapat Marg means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but it’s a good place to be based. We don't have any slogans on the walls. We just come in, do our hours, and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a steady job in a busy part of the city. We like the structure of it. Each day is about getting the small details right.
