We are based in the Kawli Compound, specifically in unit 2/7 on N. M. Joshi Marg. If you know Lower Parel, we are right opposite the Western Railway Street. It’s a very industrial-feeling area with a lot of history, and you can always hear the trains nearby. Our setup is pretty simple. We deal with the export side of things, helping local businesses get their products out to other countries. It’s not always a smooth process because there are always new regulations to deal with. We spend a lot of time reading through updates and making sure we aren't missing any paperwork. The office itself is just a functional space. We’ve got some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days, but they do the job. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk to say hello. We like being in Lower Parel because it’s central and we can get to the different parts of the city fairly easily. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the hours are long when we have to deal with different time zones for our shipments. We just take it as it comes. No big mission statements here, just regular people trying to earn a living by moving cargo. It’s a grind, but it is what we know how to do best.
