Lions Clinic

Lions Clinic is tucked away in Flat No 323 D inside Narayan Niwas on Dr Ambedkar Road. Being in Matunga East, it’s a very local feel because we are actually located in a residential building. You have to walk into the building and find the flat to see us. It’s a small clinic, so it feels more personal than those huge medical centers. We don’t have a massive team, just a doctor and a couple of us helping out with the patients. We see a lot of the same people over and over again because they live right here in the area. Most people come in for general things like a fever, a checkup, or to get their regular medicine. The waiting room is just a part of the flat that we’ve set up with chairs. It can get a bit noisy with the sounds of the street and the neighbors, but that’s just how it is here. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big reception desk. It’s more like visiting a neighbor who happens to be a doctor. We keep our records in simple folders and try to keep things as organized as possible. It’s a quiet, straightforward way to run a clinic. If you live in Matunga East, you probably already know someone who has been here. We just provide a simple service for the folks living nearby, and we have been doing it this way for years.
