Our spot is on the 5th floor of the L T Technology building over in Powai. If you know Mumbai, you know how the traffic can be getting into this area, but once you are up here, it is a bit quieter. We work under the name Larsen And Toubro Limited at this specific branch. The Emsys office is mostly desks, screens, and people trying to figure out technical problems. We have been in this 400072 zip code area for a good stretch. People come and go from the lifts all day. It feels like a typical Mumbai workspace where space is tight but everyone manages to fit in. We don't have those big motivational posters you see in some offices. It is more about the actual tasks at hand. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, but we get used to it. Lunch breaks usually mean heading down to find something quick to eat nearby. There is always a lot of activity in Powai, so there is plenty of energy around. We just do our part in the bigger picture. It is a steady environment. We see the same faces every day and we have our routines. It is basically just us doing what we are supposed to do. No one here is trying to be anything we aren't. We just work here and try to keep things organized for the long haul.
