We are based in Unit No. G-30 within the Nahar & Seth Industrial Estate. It’s right on L.B.S. Marg in Bhandup, which is always packed with trucks and commuters. The industrial estate is a maze of different units, and we are just one of many small businesses operating here. At Lakshmi Engineering Enterprisers, the space is filled with the smell of cutting oil and the sound of metal being worked. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but we like the energy of the estate. Our unit is packed with lathes and drilling machines. We don't have much room for a fancy lounge, so we mostly just stand around the machines while we work. The floor gets greasy, and we have to be careful where we step. Being in Bhandup means we are close to everything we need, from raw materials to transport links. We don't spend time on fancy brochures or websites. We just do the machining and welding that people ask for. The address on L.B.S. Marg is easy to find, even if the estate itself is a bit crowded. It’s just how an engineering unit in this part of town looks and feels to us.
