You can find us on Shivaji Road in Borivali. Our fitness clinic is right there on the Commercial Street 41337. It is not one of those giant gyms with hundreds of machines and loud music playing all the time. We keep things a bit more low-key here. We have some equipment for people to use and we help them out with their fitness routines. The space is a bit tight sometimes when we have a few people in at once, but we make it work. Borivali is always crowded, and Shivaji Road is no different, so there is always a lot of noise coming in from the street. We have a few fans going to keep the air moving while people are working out. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or a front desk person who ignores you. Usually, one of us is just standing by the door or helping someone with the weights. People from around the neighborhood come in at all hours, from early morning before work until late at night. We’ve seen a lot of the same people for years, and it feels more like a community spot than a business. We just want to give people a place to stay active without any of the pressure you find in the bigger clubs. The floor is a bit worn in places and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s a real place for real people.
