Shree Ratan

Working out of K-21 in the Premier Residency at the HDIL Complex can be a bit of a challenge some days. Since we are off L. B. S Marg in Kurla West, the traffic is always something you have to plan your life around. Our spot is basically a converted space that serves as our main base for Shree Ratan. It’s not a big corporate building with a glass front, just a regular part of the residency where we handle our business. Most people find us by looking for the gate and then navigating the blocks. Inside, it’s pretty cramped with files and a couple of desks pushed against the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just sorting through paperwork that comes in every morning. The tea stall right outside the complex is where most of our breaks happen. It is just easier to go there than to make it inside. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If a visitor comes, they usually have to move a box to find a place to sit. It’s a bit informal, but we prefer it that way. The LBS Marg noise never really stops, so you get used to the honking in the background while you’re trying to work. We’ve been in this part of Kurla for some time and we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst jams. Things aren't always perfect here, but we get the job done.
