Our place is located at Sco 5 C in the Bindra Complex, which is in Bhandup. It’s a straightforward office and service space. We don’t have any of those big, shiny glass partitions or expensive furniture you see in the city center. It’s just a plain room with the necessary equipment and some basic seating for anyone who needs to wait. Bindra Complex is a well-known spot in the neighborhood, so most locals don't have any trouble finding us. We spend a lot of our time dealing with records and talking to the people who come in. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time. Bhandup is a busy residential area, so we see a lot of the same faces from the surrounding buildings. We try to keep the place clean and orderly, though it can get a bit messy when we have a lot of paperwork to go through at once. There isn't any fancy background music or aromatherapy going on here. It’s just a practical health care related spot. We open our doors at the same time every morning and stick to our routine. Sometimes the parking in the complex is a bit of a nightmare, but our regulars know the tricks of where to leave their scooters. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying. It’s just a regular local business serving the people nearby without any fuss.
