Our work takes us all over, but we are rooted in the Shahadol and Bhopal areas of Madhya Pradesh. Being an engineering firm like Konstelec Engg Pvt Ltd means we are often out on sites or dealing with heavy equipment. The office in Bhopal is where a lot of the planning happens, but the real work is usually out in the field. It’s a lot of dusty boots and loud machines most days. We’ve been operating under the 484774 pin code for a while now. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather in MP gets really hot or when the rains start and things get muddy. We aren't the type of people who sit in air-conditioned rooms all day talking about strategy. We’d rather be looking at a problem on a machine or figuring out a layout for a new project. Sometimes the schedules get tight and we end up working late into the evening, but that’s engineering for you. It’s a practical job for practical people. We don’t have a lot of time for polished presentations. Most of our communication is just quick chats or scribbling notes on a piece of paper. We know the roads between Bhopal and Shahadol pretty well by now. It’s a long drive but it gives us time to think. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s expected of us at Konstelec. It’s a simple way of running things, but it works for us and the people we work for.
