Working out of Marol in Andheri East is always an adventure because of the traffic on Military Road. Our office is located in the Lok Yamuna building, specifically in flat A5/201. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes at Kinzoku Kagami Technology And Exports Private Limited because we have quite a few things going on at once. We handle a mix of tech-related items and general exports. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking to people about shipping dates. It gets pretty loud outside with all the cars and bikes, but we are used to it by now. The team here is small so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. One person might be doing the books and then five minutes later they are helping pack a sample. We aren't a big corporate office with matching furniture or a receptionist. It is just a practical space where we can get our work done without too much fuss. Being in Mumbai means things move fast, and we have to keep up. We have a lot of files stacked up on the shelves from years of doing this. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage to get the emails out eventually. It is just a normal local business trying to keep things running smoothly every day.
