Karuna Exports

You can find Karuna Exports at the Sachin CHS building on Mithagar Road in Mulund East. We are in unit 2/14. It is a residential society, so the atmosphere here is much quieter than the big commercial hubs. We like it that way. It feels more like a community than just a place of business. Our office is small, but it is enough for what we do. We handle exports, so most of our work happens over the phone or through the computer. There are files stacked up against the walls because we have to keep records for several years. We are not a big team, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. It is a very grounded way to work. We do not use much fancy language or have long-winded meetings. We just sit down and figure out the logistics for the day. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello, which would not happen in a high-rise office. Mulund East is a nice area, and being near Mithagar Road makes it easy for us to get around when we need to. We do not have a sales team going out to find customers. People usually find us because we have been doing this for a while and have a decent reputation in the trade. We just want to do a good job. (255 words)
