You can find us up in room 204 of the A-Wing at Solaris-1. Being on Sakivihar Road in Andheri East means we are right in the middle of all that Mumbai traffic and noise, but once you get inside the building, things quiet down a bit. We’ve been operating Karishma Instruments from this spot for a long time. The office is basically a mix of storage shelves and a few workstations where we check the gear. We deal with all sorts of measuring instruments and technical tools that people need for their factories or labs. It’s not the kind of place with a big shiny showroom. Usually, there are boxes stacked near the door waiting for the courier to pick them up. The staff here is small, mostly just a handful of us who have been in the industry long enough to know the difference between a good tool and a cheap one. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails about specific model numbers and technical details. It’s straightforward work, and we like it that way. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the right instruments to the people who order them and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s just a normal day-to-day business in a busy part of the city.
