Karolinska Industries

Karolinska Industries is based out of E-702 in the Surbhi Complex. If you are trying to find us, it is right by the Kala Hanuman Temple on M. G. X. Road No. 1. It’s a busy area in Sai Nagar. We have been in this spot for a bit. The office isn't massive, just enough room for the desks and the files we need to keep track of. Being near the temple means there is always something happening outside, especially on Tuesdays. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic and the bells, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine that does lattes. Usually, someone just goes down to the local shop if we need a drink. Most of our day is spent on the phone or handling the paperwork that comes with running a business like this. It’s a lot of coordination. We try to keep things organized, though it doesn't always stay that way when things get busy. The team here is small. We know each other well and don't bother with formal meetings or long emails. If something needs to happen, we just talk across the room. It’s a practical way to work. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We are just here in Surbhi Complex doing what we do every day to keep things moving forward for everyone involved in the process.
