Christmas Gift Box

This location of Christmas Gift Box is at Gala No B/48 in the Akurli Industrial Estate. It’s on Akurli Road in Kandivali East. It’s quite different from being in a market. Here, it’s all about the industrial vibe. We have our gala where we store all the materials and do the assembly. It’s a bit cramped because we have so many boxes stacked up, but we manage. The industrial estate is a busy place with a lot of small businesses like ours. We spend a lot of time just taping boxes and making sure the linings are right. It’s repetitive work, but we find a rhythm to it. Sometimes the traffic on Akurli Road is a nightmare, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We aren't a big corporation. It’s just a few of us here making sure the orders get filled. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s quiet inside the gala compared to the noise outside. We like it that way because we can concentrate on what we’re doing. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors in the other galas are good people. We just keep doing our thing every day. It’s not glamorous, but getting a big order out the door feels pretty good. We stay busy and keep the floor as clear as possible.
