Atharvashirsh Exim

We are over at I-003 in Gokul Vihar, which is part of the Thakur Complex in Kandivli East. It is a really busy part of Mumbai and there is always something happening right outside the door. Working in a complex like this means you meet a lot of different people every day. Our space is tucked away on the ground floor which makes it easy for deliveries to stop by. We handle a lot of exim work which basically means a lot of forms and tracking numbers. Some days the phones never stop and other days it is just us catching up on emails. We don't really have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. If a shipment is late, we are the ones calling around to find out why. The neighborhood has everything we need so we don't have to go far for lunch or supplies. It is a practical way to work. We have been at this address for a while and we like being in Kandivli. It feels like a real community here. We just try to be honest with people about how long things will take. There is no point in making things sound better than they are. If the port is backed up, we just say so. It is a simple way of running things but it works for us and the people we deal with daily.
