Kamal Clinic

Our clinic, Kamal Clinic, is Shop No 7 inside the Bharat Flour Mill Compound. This is right in the main market area of Kanjurmarg. Being in a flour mill compound means it’s a very industrial and busy setting. You can often hear the sounds of the market and the nearby businesses throughout the day. Shop No 7 is a small unit, but it fits what we need for the clinic. The entrance is right off the main path through the compound. The floors are concrete and we have a few simple chairs for people to use while they wait. Kanjurmarg is a crowded area, and the main market is usually packed with shoppers and vendors, so there is always a lot of energy just outside our door. Inside, we keep things as quiet as we can. We have a few shelves for our records and a small area for examinations. The paint on the door frame is chipped in a few spots from years of use. It’s a practical location for a clinic because so many people pass through the Bharat Flour Mill Compound every day. We don't have a lot of decorations or luxury features. It’s just a straightforward shop turned into a clinic. People know us by the sign over the door and the fact that we’ve been in this market spot for quite some time now. We just show up and do our work.
