Santacruz East Santacruz East is always crowded and busy, but Prabhat Colony has its own feel. We started this place because it’s where we are. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just the clinic rooms and the waiting area. We see a lot of neighbors. People from the colony just walk in when they aren't feeling well. The name Kalyani Clinic is on the board outside. It’s been there long enough that the paint is probably a bit faded by now. We don’t mind. Inside, we keep things simple. We have our desks and the medical stuff we need. It’s a quiet routine most days. We talk about the weather or the local news with the patients. Since we are in Santacruz East Santacruz East, the trains are always a part of the background noise. You get used to it. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. It is just a small clinic in a busy city. Sometimes we run out of tea or the printer acts up, just like any other place. We are just here at Prabhat Colony doing what we do. It’s not complicated.
