Export Excellence

Our office is located in the Milton C-wing, right on Juhu Tara Road in the Chandrabai Nagar area. It’s a lively part of Juhu, though the traffic on the main road can be a real struggle sometimes, especially during the monsoon. We’ve been operating from this location for some time now. We handle various export tasks, which basically means we help move goods from here to places overseas. It’s a lot of logistics and dealing with freight forwarders. Our office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up. We don't really go for the polished corporate look. We prefer to just get on with the job. Most of our day is spent checking shipping schedules and talking to people at the docks or the airport. We have a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to filing customs forms. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep things calm. We don't make big promises about being the biggest or anything like that. We just try to make sure that whatever we are sending out actually reaches where it’s supposed to go. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s important for the cycle of trade. Juhu is a good place to be based, even with the noise and the crowds. We just deal with whatever the day brings to the office.
