We've been here in Chembur East for a while now. If you're looking for us, we are right above the Waman Hari Pethe jewellery shop. Most people know the Malhar Hotel, so just look across from there and you’ll find the Urmila Complex. We are in office number five. It isn't a massive place, but we keep it tidy and focused on what we do. Dealing with hair loss is something a lot of folks around here struggle with, and we try to help out as much as we can. Our days are mostly spent doing transplants and talking to people who are worried about their hairline. It’s quiet work, mostly. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and the procedure rooms. You might have seen our sign while walking to the station or getting something from the shops nearby. Living and working in this part of Mumbai means dealing with the noise and the crowd, but once you step inside, it's pretty calm. We just do the work, one patient at a time. It's not a complicated setup. We like being in this neighborhood because it's central for everyone coming from different parts of Chembur. We're usually around from morning till evening, so if you're passing by the hotel or the jeweler, you know where we are. Just head up to the fifth office and someone will be there. It’s just us doing the job every day.
