Jhanvi Engineering

Jhanvi Engineering is located up on the third floor of Shyam Sadan. You have to come to Navghar Road in Girgaon to find us. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs but we’ve been in this building for quite some time now. We handle various engineering tasks and small parts here. The space isn't huge, but it fits all our tools and the machines we use daily. Usually, it’s just the sound of work going on and maybe a radio playing in the background. We spend a lot of our time looking at drawings and making sure everything fits the way it should. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of materials delivered at once. Girgaon is a busy area, so getting things in and out takes some planning. We aren't a big corporation with many layers, just a few of us making sure the jobs get out the door. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the heavy machinery starts up, but that’s just how it is in an old building like this. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our work clothes. We focus on the technical side of things and try to keep our head down. It’s a steady kind of life, doing what we were trained to do. We usually stay until the sun goes down or the project is finished. That's just the way it goes here.
