Jeetendra Jagwani Clinic

Jeetendra Jagwani Clinic is right here in Chembur. It’s a busy part of the city and finding the place isn’t too hard once you know the street. I’ve been working here for a long time, watching the traffic go by outside the window. The waiting room is small and we try to keep the magazines updated, but people usually just look at their phones. The walls are painted a simple off-white color that we had done a couple of years back. It’s nothing special to look at, just a regular medical space with a desk and some chairs. In the mornings, I get in early to unlock the door and let some air in before it gets too crowded. Chembur has its own rhythm, you know. You hear the honking from the main road and the sounds of people walking to the local shops. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a little clicking noise that I keep meaning to get fixed, but then I get busy and forget about it. The day usually flies by because there is always someone coming in with a question or needing a check-up. We keep a ledger on the desk to track everything because computers can be a real headache sometimes. It’s a local place for local people, mostly families who live just a few blocks away. We know a lot of the faces that come through that door. It’s just how we do things in our little corner of Chembur every single day.
