Jayashree Elecron is based out of the J Block in MIDC Bhosari, at plot EL-34. Bhosari is a huge industrial hub, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our building is a typical industrial unit where we handle all our electronics work. It’s not a place for suits and ties; most of us are in work clothes because we’re often handling heavy equipment or soldering components. The floor is usually busy with people moving between different stations. We focus on making electronic parts that other factories use in their machines. It’s a lot of repetitive work sometimes, but we have to be careful with the details. The J Block area is always noisy with the sound of nearby factories, and we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but the real action happens in the back. We don't really go for fancy advertising. Most of our work comes from being in this location for so long that people just know we’re here. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the industrial estate. It's a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just try to make sure every piece that leaves our door is built right and works as it should. It’s how we have always done things.
