Jayant Pai Classes

Jayant Pai Classes is based in Dadar, which is a very central and busy part of Mumbai. We have been operating from this location for a good number of years. The space we have is quite simple, consisting of a few rooms set up for teaching. There are rows of wooden benches and desks for the students to sit on. It is not a modern, glass-walled office, but a regular place where learning happens. We have whiteboards in each room and some cupboards for storing books and stationery. During the day, it can get quite warm, so we have fans going all the time to keep the air moving. You can hear the sounds of the city outside, like the buses and the people walking by, but the students are usually focused on their work. Many of them come here straight from their schools, so you will see stacks of backpacks in the corners. It is a bit of a squeeze when a class is full, but we make it work. The hallway is narrow and has a few notices pinned to the wall about the class timings. We do not have any fancy software or big screens, just the traditional way of teaching with a teacher and their students. It is a practical environment for anyone who is serious about their studies. Most of the families in the Dadar area know about us just by being in the neighborhood.
