Javs Engineering (India) Ltd.

Our office, Javs Engineering (India) Ltd., is located at 221 Swastik Chambers on the Sion-Trombay Road in Chembur. Being on such a major road means there is always a lot of movement outside. Swastik Chambers is a busy building with people coming and going all day long. We are up on the floor where it’s slightly quieter, though you can still hear the distant hum of the traffic. The office itself is pretty standard, with desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of technical manuals stacked on the shelves. We’ve been in Chembur for quite some time now. Most of our morning is spent on the phone or responding to emails about various projects. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, it's mostly scheduled meetings or just us doing our internal work. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during lunch hour, so we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We have a small pantry where we make tea, which is pretty much the social hub of our day. It’s not a flashy corporate space with glass walls; it’s more of a practical workspace where we can focus on the engineering details. We’ve gotten used to the layout over the years and it suits us fine. It’s a solid, dependable place to work from every day of the week with people we know.
