Itsys

Itsys is located in Bhandup West, specifically at 6/16, Chandan Chs, on Village Road. Being inside a residential society makes the vibe a lot different from a typical commercial hub. It feels more like being part of a community. We have a small office where we handle all our systems work. It’s not very big, so things can get cluttered pretty quickly with manuals and spare parts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through technical configurations. The neighbors are used to us by now, though sometimes we have to apologize for the noise when we're moving equipment around. There’s a nice tree outside the window that provides some shade, which is one of the perks of being in this spot. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to open the door. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we’ve added pieces over the years as we needed them. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background to keep things from being too silent. It’s a low-key operation. We focus on getting the systems running properly without making things complicated for the people we work with. It’s just a normal day-to-day business here on Village Road, and we’re happy with that. We don't plan on moving anytime soon as the place has really grown on us over the months.
