We are All Gsm and you can find our shop at G/5 in the Prime Mall. It’s on the ground floor right on Irla Society Road in Vile Parle West. It is a small shop but we keep it packed with what people need for their phones. Vile Parle is a busy area and the mall gets a lot of foot traffic. We see a lot of people coming in with broken screens or software problems. Most of the time we are just hunched over a workbench with small tools. It’s quiet work even though the mall can be noisy outside. We opened up here because it’s a central spot for everyone in the neighborhood. We don’t have a massive staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The space is tight so we have to stay organized. If you drop by, you’ll likely see us busy with a repair or talking to a regular customer. We've been in this mall for a bit now and we like the community here. It’s not a corporate store with uniforms and scripts. We just talk to people normally and tell them what’s wrong with their gadgets. Sometimes parts take a day to come in, sometimes we fix it right there. It’s a straightforward little shop and we like it that way. No big bells or whistles, just fixing phones in a small room for the locals who need it most.
