We operate out of Room Number 940 in Sector 8 of Koparkhairane. It is quite close to the R.F. Naik School, so we often hear the kids during their break times or when school lets out. Our space is small and simple, just enough room for us to handle travel arrangements and talk to people about their trips. Being in Navi Mumbai, we get a mix of people from the neighborhood and some who are just passing through. We’ve got our computers and phones, which are pretty much always in use. Planning travel involves a lot of checking schedules and looking at prices, so we spend a lot of time staring at screens. It’s not a glamorous office, just a practical room where we can focus. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is a bit slow, but we just manage as best as we can. We’ve been here for a while, and most people around Sector 8 know where to find us if they need to book a ticket or ask about a journey. It’s a lot of routine work, day in and day out. We don’t have fancy brochures everywhere, just the stuff we need to help people get where they’re going. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just keeping track of all the different bookings and making sure the details are right for everyone.
