We've been at the New Pathan Building on Dr. E Moses Road for a while now. It's right near the Four Seasons Hotel in Worli. Most of our days are spent handling various visa papers and forms. People come in when they need help getting their travel documents sorted out. It’s a busy spot in a busy part of Mumbai. We handle the paperwork, check the requirements, and try to make sure everything is in order before it goes to the embassy. Dealing with passports and stamps is what we do here. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with all the files stacked up on the desks, but we know where everything is. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and computers. The traffic on Dr. E Moses Road can be a real mess sometimes, especially in the evenings, so we usually tell people to give themselves extra time to reach us. We're on the ground floor of the building, so it's pretty easy to find once you get here. We just keep our heads down and work through the stack of applications that come across the desk every morning. It’s honest work, helping people get to where they need to go for work or holiday. We've seen all kinds of travel plans, from quick business trips to long family visits overseas. Every day is just about getting those forms filled out correctly and making sure the documents are all there. Nothing more to it than that.
