Industrial Instruments

We are over at 403, Hiren Industrial Estate, right on the Mahim Judges Bunglow Road. Industrial Instruments has been operating out of this unit for some time now. It’s a typical industrial park setting, so there is always some noise from the neighbors and trucks moving around. Our space is filled with different tools and measuring devices, mostly just stacked up on shelves where we can reach them. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a tour, since it’s mostly just a workspace for us to test things and handle orders. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow on Monday mornings, so we usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. We spend our time looking at dials, gauges, and whatever else comes through the door. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. If something needs fixing or checking, that’s what we do. The lighting isn't the best in the back corner, but we know where everything is. Mahim is a busy area, and being in the estate helps us stay close to other businesses that might need what we have. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. It’s just us, some coffee, and a lot of instruments that need attention. We keep things moving and try to stay out of the way of the other tenants.
