Iconics India Pvt Ltd

Our office is B-401 in the Universal Bussiness Park, which is just off Chandivali Farm Road in Chandivali. It’s a big building, so it took us a little while to get settled in when we first moved Iconics India Pvt Ltd here. It’s a bit of a trek to get to if the traffic is bad, but once you’re inside, it’s a pretty decent place to work. We have a view of the other buildings, which isn't much, but at least there’s some light coming in. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers. We aren't big on decorations or anything that doesn't serve a purpose. We spend our time working on software and systems, which means a lot of quiet hours and a lot of typing. We’re a practical bunch and we don't like to overcomplicate things. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s sorted out. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles for everyone. We’re just a team doing our best to keep everything running smoothly for our clients. Sometimes we have a little lunch party if someone has a birthday, but usually, it’s just a regular workday. It’s a professional enough setup, but we keep it grounded and real. We just like doing the work and being part of the business park community without all the extra noise.
