We are on the second floor of Sai Niketan on Chanavarkar Road in Borivali West. If you are looking for us, we are right above the Jumbo Vada Pav shop. You can’t miss it because there is usually a crowd there. We are also opposite the Gora Gandhi Restaurant. It’s a very lively part of Mumbai to be in. The building itself is quite busy with different offices. We have a few rooms where we conduct our sessions. The desks are the standard kind you find in most local places. We don’t have any fancy carpets or air-conditioned waiting rooms. It’s a very basic and functional setup. We focus on what needs to be done rather than how the place looks. The noise from Chanavarkar Road is constant, with horns and people talking, but we’ve learned to work through it. Borivali is a place where everyone is always on the move. We open up the office early in the morning and sometimes we are here until quite late at night. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the doorbell to keeping the records. We don't have any corporate protocols. If a parent wants to talk, they just sit down with us at the main table. It’s an informal way of working, but it’s how we have always done things. We’ve been in this building for many years and it feels like a second home.
