Hi Tech Civil Engineer Contractors

We are located in Building Number 3, up on the third floor in Malad East. It is a bit of a climb since there is no lift, but it keeps us moving. Our flat is right near the Western Express Highway, so the sound of the traffic is constant. You can hear the trucks and cars zooming by at all hours. As civil engineer contractors, we are usually out at construction sites more than we are in the office. When we are here, we are looking at blueprints or arguing over material costs. The office is full of rolled-up drawings and samples of tiles or bricks. There’s a layer of dust on everything, no matter how much we clean. Malad is a busy place to work from. We have a few guys who handle the labor and we spend our time coordinating where everyone needs to be. Sometimes the weather ruins our plans, especially when it rains and we can't pour concrete. We just sit in the office and drink tea until it clears up. Our desks are old and the chairs squeak, but we don't really care about that. We just need a place to plan the next project. Being near the highway makes it easy for us to get to sites in other parts of the city. It’s a tough job but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we spend hours just checking the same drawing over and over until the sun goes down.
