H M Classes

We set up H M Classes here in Malad West 4 a while back because there weren't many places nearby where kids could just go and get some help with their schoolwork. It isn't a huge fancy office or anything like that. We just have a few rooms with desks and boards where we sit down and go through the books. Some days it gets really busy, especially right before the exams start, and the rooms feel a bit cramped. We try to keep things quiet so everyone can focus, but with the traffic outside in Malad, it’s not always easy. Most of us living around here know how the noise is. We don't have a big team, just a couple of people who actually care if the students understand what they are reading. We spend a lot of time just repeating things until they click. It's tired work sometimes, but seeing someone finally get a math problem right makes the long afternoons worth it. People usually find us by asking neighbors or seeing the sign when they walk past. We don't do much fancy talking. We just open the doors in the morning, get the tea ready, and wait for the first batch of students to show up. It’s a simple routine we’ve stuck to for years now. If you’re looking for us, we are right here in the middle of the neighborhood, usually staying late most evenings.
