Glenmark Exports Ltd. is located in the Paradise Building, specifically at Number 1. We are part of the Mahalaxmi Chamber Compound on Bhulabhai Desai Road. This is a very busy part of Mumbai, down near the coast. The building has been around for a long time, and you can tell by the way the corridors look. Our office is a busy place with people always moving around and phones ringing constantly. Being on Bhulabhai Desai Road means we are right in the thick of things. The compound has a lot of history, and there are many different companies operating out of the same area. We have our desks set up in a way that maximizes the space we have. There are piles of export forms and ledgers everywhere you look. We do not really go for the modern minimalist look. It is a functional office where the main goal is to get the exports out on time. The humidity from the nearby sea can be felt on some days, so we keep the windows shut and the fans going. Most of us have been working here for years, so the routine is second nature now. We handle the containers and the logistics from this small corner of the city. It is a lot of hard work and staying on top of the details, but we just take it one day at a time without much fuss.
