Uma Brothers

You can find Uma Brothers over at C-110 in Bhaveshwar Plaza. It’s number 189 on L.B.S. Marg in Ghatkopar West. That area is always crowded no matter what time of day it is. Finding parking nearby is basically impossible, so most people just walk from the station. The Plaza itself has been there for a long time, and our unit is just one of many small businesses operating out of it. Inside, it's mostly shelves stacked high with whatever we're stocking that month. It can feel a bit like a maze because we try to fit as much as we can into the small space. The lighting isn't great, but it works for what we need. We spend our days answering the phone and writing out bills by hand in our receipt books. There isn’t much space for a lounge or anything like that. We just have a small counter and a few chairs for visitors to sit on. L.B.S. Marg is always buzzing with traffic, and you can hear the buses and rickshaws all day long through the windows. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. We’ve got a small crew, and we mostly just focus on getting orders packed and sent out to the local shops. It’s a humble place. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Most of our business comes from people who have been dealing with us for a long time. It’s just a standard business.
