We operate out of Bhatwadi in Ghatkopar West. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our workspace set up here. Most days are spent on the phone or sitting at the big table trying to figure out logistics for different events. It’s not always pretty. There are boxes of decorations, cables, and random bits of equipment tucked into corners. We started doing this because we like the rush of putting things together. Ghatkopar is a crowded place, and our street is no different. You’ll often find us loading or unloading a van late at night or early in the morning. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in jeans and t-shirts, likely messy from moving stuff around. The neighbors are used to us moving big crates around at odd hours. We don't have a polished office with a receptionist. It’s just a room with some computers and a lot of storage space for all the event stuff. We’ve lived and worked in this neighborhood for years, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. Sometimes things go wrong, like a vendor being late or a light bulb burning out, and we just have to scramble and fix it. That’s just how this business goes. We don't make big promises. We just show up and do the work. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination.
