Georg Fischer Piping Systems is based over here in Powai at Kopri Village. Our office is on the first floor of Plot 9-B, which is right above the China Valley restaurant. It’s a busy spot. Most of us have been working with pipes and fittings for a long time now. We handle a lot of different plastic piping systems for water and gas and industrial stuff. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about for everyone, but it’s what we know how to do. The office isn't huge but we get the work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with clients or checking on orders coming in. Sometimes the traffic around Powai gets really bad in the evenings, so we try to wrap things up before it gets too late. We’ve been at this location for a while and people in the area know us fairly well. If you’re looking for the office, just look for the China Valley sign and come up to the first floor. We mostly deal with industrial parts, so there are always catalogues and samples lying around the desks. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy decorations, just desks, computers, and a lot of technical specs for the different pipes we supply. Every day is pretty much the same routine of managing logistics and making sure the right parts go to the right places. It’s honest work and we keep focused on the tasks.
