Our unit is 213 in the Om Sai Baba Industrial Estate. We are situated on the Andheri-Ghatkopar Link Road in Mohili Village, Sakinaka. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here. The estate is always buzzing with people and vehicles. We work on fire solutions, so our space is usually packed with equipment and tools. It’s a practical workspace, not an office designed for looks. There’s a lot of metal and the smell of chemicals in the air. We spend our days checking valves, testing systems, and making sure everything is in working order. The floor is concrete and often has scuff marks from moving heavy tanks around. We aren't big on meetings or corporate talk. We just get the jobs done as they come in. Most of the guys have been in this trade for a long time and know exactly what needs to be done without being told. It gets quite hot in the unit during the middle of the day, so we have a few old fans blowing to keep things moving. We don't have a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is nearest the door. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We focus on the equipment and getting it out to the customers. We’ve been at this Sakinaka address for quite some time now and it suits us just fine. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up after work.
