Indosol Exports

Our workplace is located at Podar Chamber on S. A. Brelvi Road in the Fort area. We are up on the 4th floor at suite number 4. Fort is such an old and historic part of Mumbai, and you can really feel that when you walk through the streets here. The buildings have high ceilings and those old-style windows. Indosol Exports has been part of this neighborhood for some time. Working in Fort means we are near all the big banks and the customs offices, which is handy for an export business. The elevators in these old buildings can be a bit temperamental, so we sometimes end up taking the stairs. Our office is functional. We have our setups for handling all the export paperwork and keeping track of the different shipments we manage. It’s often quite hectic because there are always deadlines to meet before the ports close or the ships sail. We don't really have time for polished presentations. Most of our days are spent on the phone or responding to emails. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. It's a busy life here in the heart of the city, but we like the energy of it. We just focus on keeping the export cycles moving smoothly without any major hitches. There is always a new challenge with a shipment, but that is just part of being in this industry.
