Fax Care

Fax Care is located in Shop No 2/3 down in Ganesh Pada, Andheri East. We are right across the road from the Lok Yamuna Society. It is a busy little corner of the world to be in. Our shop is usually filled up with various machines in different states of being taken apart or fixed. It looks a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know exactly where every screw and tool is kept. People bring in their office equipment when it stops working, and we spend our hours putting things back together. Andheri East is always moving, so there is constant noise from the street right outside our front door. We do not have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It is mostly just workbenches, heavy tools, and stacks of spare parts. Sometimes the place gets a bit dusty with all the traffic passing by, but we try our best to keep the machines clean. We have been here for a good while now and most of the locals know exactly where to find us when something breaks. It is a practical job and we do not try to make it seem like anything more than it is. If a machine is broken, we take a look. Sometimes it is a quick fix and other times it takes us all afternoon to figure it out. We just take each job as it comes through the door. The shop is small, so we have to stay organized or we would run out of room.
