Our office is up on the ninth floor of the Topiwala Center. It’s a decent climb if the lift is busy, which happens quite a bit since we’re so close to Goregaon Station. Being right off S.V. Road makes it convenient for the staff to get in, even if the traffic in Goregaon West is usually a mess. We deal with protection systems every day. It’s mostly paperwork, meetings, and checking on technical specs for different projects. The view from 902 is actually okay when it’s not too hazy outside. There are a handful of us working here, mostly focusing on making sure the systems we handle are ready for use. We don't have a big reception area or anything flashy. Usually, there's just a stack of files and someone on a laptop trying to figure out a scheduling issue. Lunch breaks are often spent at the local spots near the station. It’s a fast-paced area, and that reflects how we work inside the office too. We keep the doors open during business hours for anyone who needs to drop off documents or chat about a setup. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with technicians out in the field. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple projects happen at once, but we manage to pull through. It is just a regular workplace where people show up and do their jobs without much fuss.
