Eternesse Clinic

We’ve been here in Lokhandwala for a while now. The clinic is at A-3 Gurukrupa, right on the 2nd Cross Lane. If you know the Andheri West area, you know how busy it gets around here. We just try to keep things running smooth for everyone who walks through the door. It’s not a huge place, but it’s ours. Most days it’s just us handling the usual appointments and seeing familiar faces from the neighborhood. It can be a bit of a challenge to find parking sometimes, especially during peak hours, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We see a mix of people every day. Some are locals from the complex, others come from further out in Andheri. We try to keep the waiting area tidy, though it gets crowded fast. The staff has been around for a bit, so we kind of know how people like things done. We don't do anything fancy with the decor, just the basics that a clinic needs. It’s a practical space. We keep the files organized and make sure the doctors are ready. Being tucked away in a cross lane makes it a little quieter than the main road, which is nice. We just focus on getting through the daily list and making sure nobody feels rushed. It's a job, but it’s good to be part of the local community here. It is just a normal clinic doing what it can.
