Our office for Essar Realty Developers Pvt. Ltd is tucked away in Building Number 7, specifically room 3/134. We are part of the Salokha Chsl in the M.H.B. Colony, which is right off Nehru Road in Santacruz East. If you are coming from the Vakola Bridge side, it is pretty easy to find once you get into Chaitanya Nagar. Mumbai is always moving fast, and this part of Santacruz is no different. It is a real neighborhood feel around here. Our space is not very large, but it is where all the planning happens. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and dealing with the everyday tasks that come with realty work. Being in a Chsl means we are surrounded by neighbors and the usual sounds of the colony, which we actually prefer over a cold office building. The bridge nearby is always loud with traffic, but inside the office, we just focus on what needs to be finished for the day. We have been here in Mumbai-400055 for a good while now. It is a bit of a walk from the station, but it is a good location for us. We don't do much in the way of fancy stuff. It is a working office with desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We just try to keep things honest and get through the checklist every day without making a fuss.
