We are based out of the Theramkod house in Kallur, which is in the Palakkad district of Kerala. It’s a quiet place, quite different from those big city offices you see in Cochin or Bangalore. We like it that way because it’s peaceful and we can just focus on our work without all the noise and traffic. Since we are in Kerala, we get a lot of rain, but the greenery around the house is nice. We handle the digitronics work here, mostly focusing on weighing equipment and making sure everything is working as it should. There isn't a big reception desk or a waiting room. You basically just come to the house and we talk about what you need. It’s a very local, old-school way of doing things, I suppose. Most people in the neighborhood know us by now. We’ve been around long enough to feel like we’re just part of the local scenery. Sometimes the power goes out, which can be a bit of a pain, but we manage to get things back on track. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to do a solid job every day and keep our customers happy. The office is basically where we live and work together. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we do. If you're coming from Palakkad town, it's a bit of a drive, but it's a pleasant one through the countryside.
