Eram Engineering

At Eram Engineering, you’ll mostly find Shabbir Patel working on whatever project is currently on the bench. We are located in Madina Colony, which is right behind the Shahjilani Dargah in Gulbarga. It’s a family-run kind of place, started by Hassan Patel. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s just a workshop where we do engineering work. The shop is filled with the smell of metal and oil. We have a lot of tools that have been with us for years. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where the real work happens. We don't have a front desk or a waiting area. People usually just walk into the shop and find Shabbir to talk about what they need. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. People know us as the place to go if you have a mechanical problem that needs a practical solution. We don't do any marketing. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past to keep people coming back. Some days it’s just small repairs, and other days we have something bigger to build. We like the pace of life here in Gulbarga. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We just keep the machines oiled and the doors open for anyone who needs our help with engineering stuff. That’s all there is to it.
