Our shop is located in Building Number 5, specifically unit B/72, right inside the Mittal Industrial Estate. Being in Marol Naka in Andheri East means we’re right in the middle of all the chaos and action. Finding your way to our door can be tricky if it’s your first time visiting because the estate is quite large and full of similar-looking blocks. We’ve been in this same spot for years, and the space has definitely aged with us. There are stains on the floor from oil and heavy parts, and the shelves are packed with old files and tools we might need someday. It’s a very hands-on environment here. You’ll usually find us huddled around a table looking at prints or checking on a machine that’s running. We don’t spend much time on fancy emails or marketing stuff. Most of our day is spent just dealing with the actual work that comes in. The humidity in Andheri can get pretty rough during the monsoon, and the roof has a small leak we keep meaning to fix properly. We usually just grab a quick lunch from the local vendors nearby and get back to it. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. It is just a group of us working in a crowded industrial estate, trying to get through the daily list of jobs and keep our customers satisfied without making a big deal out of it.
