You can find us at B-40 in the Nandkishore Industrial Estate. It’s right near the old Paper Box landmark off Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. This part of Andheri is always buzzing with people and trucks. We’ve been in this unit for a while, and it’s got that real industrial feel to it. We deal with efficiency systems, mostly helping businesses save a bit on their energy or water. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s useful. The office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and equipment samples, but we know where everything is. Getting here can be a bit of a squeeze through the narrow lanes, especially in the monsoon, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just answer the phone and try to figure out how to make a system run a bit better than it did yesterday. Sometimes we’re out at sites more than we’re in the office. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. Whether it’s checking a meter or writing up a report, we just get it done. The tea guy outside the estate makes the best ginger chai, which helps us get through the afternoon slump. We like being here in the thick of the industrial zone. It’s a good community of workshops and small businesses all doing their own thing every single day.
