Dymaxion Architect

Our office, Dymaxion Architect, is over at West View Height in room 402. It is a decent spot, though the elevator acts up once in a while. We have been doing this for some time now. Designing buildings takes a lot of patience and even more coffee. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lobby and a receptionist. When you walk in, you’re basically walking into where we work every day. There are desks everywhere and sketches pinned to the walls. We handle the usual stuff—planning out homes, looking at structural issues, and trying to make things look right within a budget. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of measuring. Sometimes we stay late when the sun goes down, and you can see the city lights from the window. It’s a quiet place to get things done. We don’t have a flashy sign or anything like that. People find us because they heard about us or they live nearby. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple. If we aren't in the office, we are probably out at a construction site somewhere getting our boots dirty. That is the part of the job we actually enjoy the most, seeing things get built. West View Height is a good base for us. We’ve grown attached to the space over the years. It feels like home, even with the piles of blueprints. Just a regular bunch of people doing architecture.
