We operate from a couple of spots, including the ground floor of the Kusumbharti Building in Duttapada and a space up on the 20th floor of the Express Tower in Nariman Point. Having two locations in Mumbai keeps us pretty busy moving between them. One spot is more for the hands-on work with health care equipment and the other is more for the administrative side of things. We deal with stuff that helps people move better, like braces or mobility aids. It’s serious work because people rely on what we do. It’s not all shiny like you see in brochures. There’s a lot of fitting, adjusting, and sometimes things don’t fit right the first time, so we have to try again. The Nariman Point office has a view, but we spend most of our time looking at files or talking to patients. Down at Duttapada, it's more about the physical gear. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve seen all sorts of cases. We aren't a big faceless corporation even if the name sounds a bit long. We’re just the people who show up every day to help folks get back on their feet. It takes patience and a lot of listening. We don’t always have all the answers immediately, but we keep working at it until we find a way to help the person standing in front of us.
